Our minimum order quantities vary by product, but typically start at 100 booklets for custom rolling papers and 50 units for custom rolling trays.
How long does shipping and production take?
Standard production takes 2-3 weeks, followed by 5-7 business days for shipping depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout.
What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?
We recommend high-resolution PDF, AI, or PSD files. We also accept high-quality PNG and JPG files at 300 DPI to ensure the best print quality.
Are the materials used in your rolling papers organic?
Yes, we offer a variety of eco-friendly materials including 100% organic hemp, unbleached brown wood pulp, and ultra-thin rice paper.
Can I request a physical sample before placing a bulk order?
We offer sample packs of our previous work so you can feel the paper quality. For a custom sample of your specific design, a small prototyping fee may apply.
What is your return policy for custom-printed items?
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part.
