At Roll Your Own Papers, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your custom smoking accessories and supplies. If your order doesn't meet our quality standards, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is documented and received safely.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
